In addition, in our case, due to my son's special medical needs, her duties included administering medicine through a gastrostomy tube; feeding using a gastrostomy tube; helping to train my child to eat by mouth; overseeing my son’s use of supplemental oxygen; and attending physical therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy sessions and consulting with these therapists to help him meet his goals. "Tania has worked with our family for 2 years and has been wonderful. She has watched both of my daughters (4 months old and 2.5 years old) and is great with newborns and toddlers. She prepares healthy food, keeps them on a consistent nap schedule and has helped with sleep training, helped me potty train starting at 3 months old (my oldest has been fully potty trained since she turned 1 - many thanks to Tania!), and spends tons of time outside and doing creative activities with them. They never watch screens which I love and she also speaks spanish so my 2 year old now knows both spanish and english. She is constantly interacting with them and never on her phone which was also very important to me. When my girls are napping, Tania would do the laundry, dishes, and tidy up around the house.
