Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gustafik Family with 2 Children
House assistant needed part time for a small family of 3. Pays $25-$35 hourly. Housecleaning, driving, some cooking and errands to start. 10-16 hours a week . Home is in Irvington neighborhood and schools are in Hillsdale neighborhood. Must have references and reliable transportation. Kids are 15 and 12.
The schedule is mon-wendsday with some optional time on Fridays.
Mondays: house cleaning and kid pickups from 11am-5pm
Tuesdays kid breakfast and drop offs are 7:45-9am pickups are 3:30-4:45. Cleaning time negotiable.
Wendsday kid breakfast and drop offs are 7:45-9am
Fridays some additional flexible cleaning and shopping hours available.

Jamani, works mostly from home in philanthropy and travels with her non profit she founded. Our family is looking for a nanny to be with the children every Tuesday evening from 4:00pm-9:00pm to begin with and occasional additional support when Jamani is out of town on an as needed basis.
We are a QTBIPOC inclusive family and the children have a waldorf/nature inspired home and education. We value intentional connection, positive reinforcement, patience, and gentleness with appropriate boundaries. We'd love focused attention on the kids with engaging projects and activities that are home-based. Light house would duties like laundry, dishes, and basic meal prep appreciated.

We need a nanny starting in early October. Our son Gabriel will be 5 months old. He is healthy. We live in Sellwood and would prefer a nanny come to our home but are flexible if the nanny lives close by or en route to our work. We are still sorting out the hours, but likely it would be 3 full-time days, likely 30 hours/week. Responsibilities would be child care and housekeeping when able. We wouldn't want any driving unless in the case of an emergency.

We are happy to host in our home, or travel to another. We have a large, fenced back yard with lots of outdoor toys. We don't need any housework, driving, pet care, etc. We have a black lab mix who's great with our son, but she goes to work with me every day.
