We’re hoping to start around the second or third week postpartum, with a schedule of 3 days per week from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM in July then transition to 9:00AM-4PM in August 4 days week.
* Possibly full time in September.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience with newborns
* Gentle, attentive, and nurturing personality
* Comfortable assisting a mother who will also be home
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with feeding (bottle support as needed)
* Diaper changes
* Light soothing and baby care
* Helping maintain a calm, supportive environment during the postpartum period
One parentwill be present at times, so this role is more about support and partnership rather than full independent care.
We value someone who is warm, trustworthy, and experienced in early newborn care. Bonus if you have postpartum or newborn specialty experience!
