A little bit about us

We are two parents who work from home in creative fields. Mom writes books for kids and dad makes comics. We are not religious but have no problem if you are as long as there is mutual respect about where we stand. We also have pretty progressive values. Our son is almost 3 and is a very active and sweet guy who loves everything Halloween and spooky. He has a wild imagination and is pretty funny. He enjoys books, LEGO, doing crafts, playing outside, and playing with his skeletons (he has many lol) among other things.

The day would most likely be breakfast (which will be taken care of), snacks, lunch, outside play downstairs or the park across the street (when we get comfortable with that), reading, crafts, limited tv/screen time. It’s pretty open and we’re open to ideas as well.

We need someone three days a week from 8:00 am-2:30pm. Bilingual (English/Spanish) s plus. On occasion we need someone to also go with us to comic conventions or literary events—mostly local, sometimes a little further. Obviously we’d pay for hotel and food when that’s the case. We live on a second floor apartment but unfortunately there are no elevators because it is an older building.
