A little bit about us

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced **infant nanny** to care for our sweet 6-month-old daughter. This is a **long-term position**, and we're hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family's village.

Our daughter is happy, curious, and thriving but does experience gas discomfort from time to time. We're looking for someone with experience caring for infants who understands feeding cues, soothing techniques, and infant development.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has extensive hands-on infant experience (professionally or raising children of your own).
* Has experience caring for babies around 6 months old.
* Is patient, nurturing, dependable, and organized.
* Follows routines and instructions carefully.
* Takes initiative and communicates well.
* Is seeking a **long-term commitment**.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Loving, attentive infant care.
* Following feeding and nap schedules.
* Age-appropriate play, tummy time, and developmental activities.
* Helping soothe gas discomfort.
* Cleaning bottles and feeding supplies.
* Baby laundry.
* Restocking diapers, wipes, clothing, and other baby essentials.
* Keeping baby areas clean and organized.
* Tracking feedings, naps, and diaper changes.

**Qualifications:**

* Infant CPR/First Aid preferred.
* Non-smoker.
* Reliable transportation.
* Excellent references.

**Please read before applying:** We are looking for a **career nanny or experienced caregiver** who views infant care as their profession and is interested in growing with our family. This is **not** a temporary or summer position.

**Please do not apply if you are only available for the summer, are home from college temporarily, or expect your availability to change within the next few months.**

If this sounds like a great fit, we'd love to hear from you! Please tell us about yourself, your infant care experience, availability, and include references.
