I have a beautiful daughter who is curious and loves to be busy. She has an awesome personality and is 90% of the time a happy spirited girl! I am looking for someone who can watch her for 3-5 hours, when my husband and I go out to dinner occasionally. We will always round up IE 3:20 minutes will be a 4 hour shift and pay in cash. She goes to sleep at 7:30, so most of the time, you would be physically watching her for 2-3 hours, the rest would be just being in our house watching tv until we get home. Most of the sitting would be from 5-9pm, with some occasions being 1-6pm. We have a golden retriever, who is chill and would just need to be let out to the backyard that is gated.

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and proactive full-time nanny to care for our two daughters (almost 2 and almost 4 years old).
Our girls are curious, energetic, and love parks, swimming, gymnastics, crafts, books, and imaginative play. We live in The Canyons in Castle Pines with great parks, trails, and a community pool, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating fun, engaging days while providing consistency and age-appropriate boundaries.
**Schedule**
* Monday–Friday
* 40 guaranteed hours/week
* Occasional evening or weekend babysitting opportunities if interested
**Responsibilities**
* Engaging childcare
* Plan activities, crafts, and outings
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Children's laundry
* Tidy children's spaces after meals and play
* Drive children to activities using our family SUV
**We're looking for someone who is:**
* Exceptionally reliable and punctual
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Creative, energetic, and experienced with toddlers
* Warm, patient, and confident setting routines and expectations
* Safety-conscious with strong communication skills
The ideal nanny enjoys taking ownership of the day, planning activities, and keeping the girls engaged without needing constant direction.
**Requirements**
* Experience caring for toddlers
* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
* Clean driving record
* Comfortable driving a large SUV
* Reliable transportation
* Comfortable with dogs (we have a friendly French Bulldog)
* Excellent references
Both parents work full-time, with Mom primarily working from home and Dad working from home a couple of days each week. We're a friendly, respectful family looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our daily routine.
