About Our Family
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny for our sweet baby boy, Theodore, who was born on May 15, 2026 (he will be 5 months old when the position starts).
Mom works in-office two days a week, and Dad works remotely from a dedicated home office. We also have a friendly Cavapoo named Lulu at home, so candidates must be comfortable with dogs!
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care: Full attentive care for Theo, including bottle feeding, establishing age-appropriate nap schedules, changing diapers, and engaging in developmental play (tummy time, reading, outdoor stroller walks).
Language Immersion: Native/Fluent Spanish Speaker required. We strongly prefer a nanny who will speak to Theo exclusively in Spanish while caring for him.
Basic Baby Care Support: Keeping bottle equipment/supplies clean, managing baby laundry as needed, and maintaining a tidy nursery/play area.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience with infants under 1 year old (references required).
Certifications: Active Infant/Pediatric CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date).
Safety & Health: Up-to-date on vaccinations, non-smoker, and willing to undergo a standard background check.
Dog Friendly: Comfortable having a sweet, hypoallergenic dog around the house.
Language: Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
Compensation & Perks
Pay Rate: $24-30/hr, commensurate with experience
Guaranteed Hours: Fixed schedule stability for core days.
