You will have 1 day off a week plus 3 half days MWF when kids are in school plus one weekend off a month. We need someone who is super flexible with the schedule & we are willing to accommodate events and things you may want to go to if communicated in advance vice versa. You MUST be ok working weekends. Communication is key & we're always willing to work together to make sure everyone is on the same page. If there is something you want to do and need to adjust the schedule we do have flexibility and options, but would need notice in order to help accommodate you!
