A little bit about us

Hi everyone! We’re two families looking for a wonderful nanny to care for our sweet girls in a nanny share starting soon 🤍
About the kiddos:
• Two girls (currently ~6.5 months and ~13.5 months)
• Happy, curious, and active little ones
• We value lots of interaction, play, and time outside
Schedule:
• Approximately 5 days/week
• Typical hours around 8am–4/5pm (some flexibility appreciated - sometimes needed as early as 6 am) - we are open to hiring two people to split the hours as fit for them
• Guaranteed minimum hours each week
Location:
• Eagle / North Meridian area
• Care will take place between both homes - located 2 minutes apart
What we’re looking for:
• Experienced with infants/toddlers
• Warm, engaging, and reliable
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable managing two children with different needs/ages
• Open communication and teamwork with both families
Experience we’d love (but not required):
• Background in Montessori, early childhood education, or daycare settings
• Experience caring for multiple children at once (especially similar ages)
• Someone who enjoys planning and implementing simple, age-appropriate activities to support development and learning
Our parenting style:
• No/very limited screens
• Love getting outside and both families value health and wellness (walks, fresh air, playtime ☀️)
• More “crunchy”/intentional—focused on development, connection, and responsive care
• Comfortable with pets (dogs + cat between the homes 🐾)
• Homes may have cameras for safety
Bonus if you:
• Have experience with food allergies (one child has egg allergy; the other may have dairy allergy)
• Enjoy creating a fun, engaging environment for little ones to learn and grow
Pay:
• $25-30+/hour depending on experience
We’re really hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our families—someone loving, trustworthy, and excited to grow with our girls 💛
