A little bit about us
Hi! We’re a loving, busy family in the Dunning neighborhood with three wonderful kids: a 6-year-old, an almost 4-year-old, and an almost 1-year-old. We’re looking for a caring, reliable nanny to help make our afternoons run more smoothly — starting with a one-month trial and the potential for a long-term role if it’s a great fit!
About the Schedule:
• Start Time: Around 1:30 PM each weekday
• End Time: About 8 PM (approximately 6.5 hours per day, 5 days/week)
• Compensation: $25–$30/hour (open to higher for the right experience and skill set)
Your Afternoon With Us Might Look Like:
• Arriving at our home to tidy up, start a load of laundry, and possibly begin meal prep
• Around 2:15–2:30 PM, pick up our two boys from school using your own reliable car
• Return home, where our mother-in-law may be dropping off our baby girl (almost 1)
• Support us in keeping the boys entertained and engaged — we love when they’re active and creative!
• Help with cooking dinner, folding and putting away clothes, and light household tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Someone dependable and loving, who enjoys spending time with young children
✔️ Confident in the kitchen and happy to take charge of meal prep
✔️ Comfortable driving and has a safe, reliable vehicle for school pick-ups
✔️ Preferably has an educational background, or is an experienced caregiver (we’d also love an older woman who enjoys cooking and nurturing a busy household!)
We see this as a true partnership — we’d love to have someone who feels like part of the family, helping us keep our home running smoothly so we can focus on spending quality time with our kids.
Interested?
We’d love to hear from you! Please reach out with a bit about yourself and your experience. We can’t wait to meet you!

A little bit about us
Our daughter is a kind and thoughtful big sister who loves helping her younger brother when he needs it. Our son is on the autism spectrum and has excellent communication skills and tools to express his needs. He is a happy, loving child who thrives with patient, understanding caregivers.
We are both healthcare professionals with schedules that occasionally require additional support. We’re looking for someone who is available for part-time care, including date nights, occasional evenings, and periodic overnight weekend care. Availability between Thursday and Monday is especially helpful.
We live in a secure residential building in downtown, providing a safe and convenient environment. Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is reliable, compassionate, and excited to become a trusted part of our family’s support system. We value open communication, consistency, and creating a positive, nurturing environment for our children.

We are a busy family, juggling kiddos, health things, and lots of appointments, looking for someone who enjoys cooking, to help with a meal plan and cook family meals 2 days a week (Mon & Wed). It would be 2 meals cooked per visit. One for the current day, and a second prepared meal to heat the next day. We’d buy the groceries and have them at the house already.
May need a sitter for the kiddos for the occasional date day/night but that can be discussed later.
We do have a kitty🐱.
Looking forward to learning more about you!
