A little bit about us

Having twins due in March 2023 and am looking for a qualified nanny, with infant training, CPR, and first aid care around May or June 2023 who can watch them when I return to work full time after leave is up. I work m-f 11 hours with 45 minutes one way travel time. So if I work 7a-4p I would leave 6:15 and be back 4:45 depending on traffic. So I would need someone to be there at 6 and would be done by 5 at the earliest. I could also shift my work time to 7:30-4:30 or 8:00a-5p. I would expect things to be picked up from the day, bottles in the sink or dishwasher, cloth diapers in the pail, etc. But not cleaning them up unless we discuss and agree. So I don't expect the diapers to be washed but not laying around. I don't expect the bottles cleaned but again not just laying around. I do have 2 cats, but would not expect care for them, just not treating them cruelly like locking them in a room, hitting them, or throwing their food out.
