I work in the medical field and have some non-typical work hours at the hospital, so flexibility on you part is a big part of the potential fit. A couple times a week I need to be at the hospital very early, I would need care starting at 6 am and you would be responsible for taking little one to school at 8:30am, which is a 5 minute walk from our place. On days I have work in the afternoon, I would need you to pick him up from school, another short 5 minutes walk down the street, at 3:30 until I get home around 6-7pm.
There will be the rare Saturday morning shift maybe once a month, but if you are not available I can find alternative care for this date when it comes up if discussed ahead of time.
The schedule is flexible, so it is a huge bonus if you can be too. I am looking for something for the whole school year, but if you are only available certain months, I will consider.
I prefer care setting to be my place, we have no pets or other family members.
Transportation is a plus but not a necessity.
BLS/CPR certifications preferred
The pay can be negotiated if you are a great fit for our little family, so please do not it that deter you from reaching out.
in summary:
Start times would ideally be next week.
Most things, on this post are open to discussion, if everything is perfect but one thing, or you have certain preferences, please reach out and let's talk but flexibility is a must.
If you can be flexible with your hours of availability, can start very soon and are great with little balls of energy, this post is for you!
