A little bit about us

We have two little boys. Kade is 4 (just finished Pre-K3) & Aiden is 6 (just finished Kindergarten).

We are looking for help during the week. Consistent and reliable full-time care is important to us as we run our own small business.

We are looking for someone with experience caring for children & prefer previous nanny experience.

Interested candidates will support us as parents so we are able to run our business and also maintain the rules & expectations we have for our kiddos.

Children thrive off of love, but also the structure of clearly knowing what is and is not allowed. We want our boys to continue to develop into well rounded, kind members of society.

Duties:
- Prepare meals for the boys
- Reminders to use the bathroom to maintain toilet training
- Naps for Kade & rest/calm time for Aiden in the afternoon
- Bath time (if helping out for an evening)
- Maintain a well-rounded routine of independent play, interactive play, story time, learning activities, developing fine & gross motor skills and physical exercise.
- Help keep the boys' play areas picked up, the kitchen clean after snacks/meals, and help with the boys' laundry
- Maintain behavioral expectations by communicating clearly with both boys about those expectations and following through with appropriate consequences for their actions. (i.e. time-outs, toys put in time-out, losing privileges/treats, etc.)
- Clearly communicate updates on the boys' day, as well as communicate during the day any important changes, issues of concern, or questions
- Put the boys to bed at night (if helping out for an evening)
