A little bit about us
As the 7 year old is in school, time will be mainly spent with the baby. He attends a few play classes during the week and loves to be outside as much as possible. It is important to us that his nanny is interested in helping him learn, reading to him, and being active with him. Also working with him on behavior and being consistent with discipline as he moves into that stage where he’s really learning what type of behavior is acceptable and what is not. By discipline I do not mean punishment of course, but guiding to appropriate behavior and manners.
Some pickup from school for the 7 year old may be involved, and around the house I ask that the nanny is responsible for the kids laundry, helping them pick up after themselves, helping with dishes. Maybe some very light cooking.
Thanks!

A little bit about us
Our 17 month old is a sweet mama's boy, and he is all over the place, exploring, playing, running, climbing and laughing. He loves to be with his big sister and follows her everywhere! They both love playing outside, walks to the park, and water play. Half the day on Thursday my son will be at his Mom's Day out program, and my daughter will be at preschool.
Both kids are consistent in their routines with naps, snacks and meals. We are in search of someone who can manage two kids while maintaining a fun, safe, engaging, and structured environment.
We are in need of someone trustworthy to watch both kids 3 days a week 8 AM- 5 PM on Wed/Thurs and 8 AM- 2 PM Fri. Thursdays will require some light carpooling.
I will be home working out of my office during the day. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets (we have the sweetest Goldendoodle!), having a reliable car, and non-smoker.
Start date: August 15th at the latest.
There is potential for this position to acquire more hours if interested.
