Seeking a full time individual preferably with experience in younger childhood/elementary education experience (student in education, current/former teacher, etc) near Ann Arbor for 2 children. Need is variable, but will include help with virtual school. Children will be entering Kindergarten and also 2nd grade. Looking for a high energy, positive figure to help with keeping 2 high energy kids engaged and active in school work and other activities. Ability to redirect and promote age appropriate consequences, as well as help to solve problems and conflicts appropriately but positively. Should be available from 8-5p, 4-5 days per week for either 4-8 hour shifts. Given COVID, at least one parent will be home. Individual should also be practicing recommended COVID social distancing guidelines. Hoping you can start immediately!
