we need morning & early afternoon care 2 (maybe 3) days a week. a parent will be in the home but getting some much needed sleep after working night shift.
we expect kids to be well cared for. they are pretty self entertained but need help accessing toys and craft supplies. depending on when they wake up you may be responsible for serving them breakfast. as well you will be expected to feed them lunch and put them down for naps. we don’t expect you to clean our house for us but would appreciate that you help them clean up after themselves. we expect them to clean up toys and put dishes in the sink but they need help putting toys where they are stored and rinsing their dishes.
we can have an open conversation about pay and if you would like to do some additional cleaning that can be compensated.
No pets in the home.

I have an amazing baby boy named logan, and he loves lots of attention! As of right now he's eating 3 1/2 OZ formula bottles every 3 1/2 hours, if he's still hungry one more oz is normally okay for him. He does get gassy and will be fussy at times so I ask that you please have patience with him as he's only a baby. This is very hard for me to look for someone to watch him as I'm a first-time mom and I'm terrified of being away from him for too long. But due to my current situation I am in desperate need of looking for work.
I would base how many hours you would be watching him a week would be at least 35. we can always figure a schedule out that can fit yours as well. He may have upcoming doctors' appointments, but I would take those days off to take him, so you won't have to worry about that.
we live in a nonsmoking house, so I do ask that if you smoke, please do not do it around him and step outside.
