A little bit about us

Hi there! My name is Kim and my 2 year old daughter Nilah and I moved to this area not too long ago. I am currently looking for a nanny share for a family in the Durham area. I am a young, single mother who works for herself. My daughter is currently in daycare but I do need partial help outside of her normal daycare hours. I need someone with transportation, and someone pet friendly. These are both absolutely essential. Work would include help in the mornings getting her ready for school, around 8:30am, light house cleaning, picking her up from school around 5:30pm, bedtime help if I’m away/busy for work (when needed, will not be every night) and overnights sometimes when I go on vacation/work trips. We are an open minded, fun loving, accepting family and we hope you are too!
I have never had a nanny/nanny share before and I’m excited to find the right fit for Nilah and I. Thank you!

A little bit about us

**Rate and schedule are flexible dependent upon your experience and schedule.

My husband and I are looking for a part time nanny for our 3 month old daughter.

I will be returning to work with my maternity leave ending soon. My husband works outside of the home while I have a full time, work from home corporate position.

- We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule, available 20-25 hours per week between 8AM and 5PM, Monday-Friday.

- This is a "live out" opportunity.

- I primarily need a nanny to sit with our daughter while I am on calls and in meetings during the day. I will be upstairs in my office while you care for our daughter. You will not need to leave our home/drive her anywhere. We will not require housekeeping duties either (no cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) We are not comfortable with the idea of putting her in daycare just yet and literally just want you to come by for a few hours and play with an adorable baby so Mom can get some work done lol. (Putting her down for naps, feeding her, initiate tummy time and other age appropriate development activities.)

- Our daughter will sleep for up to 2-3 hours during daytime naps most days. We have no problem with someone using her nap time for schoolwork, etc. as long as she is your priority when she's awake.

- We are located in Durham,NC off of Route 147, near RTP (Cornwallis and Alexander).

The position would start on October 4, 2021.

Feel free to reach out if this sounds like a good fit for you!!

A little bit about us

Looking for a live-in, Hebrew speaking nanny for our newborn.

We are expecting our first child in September 2021. Both of us are entrepreneurs running our own companies and working full-time. We are looking for a primary caregiver for our child for the first two years of their life. You will work collaboratively with our night nurse and housekeeper. Mom will be working from home and "in and out" throughout the day. You will often be caring for the child in partnership with mom or one of the grandparents, particularly during outings.
It is important to us that you speak fluent Hebrew and English. Ideal candidates will be native Hebrew speakers, and will have exposure to Montessori or Waldorf-style education. This is a full time role with a potential variable schedule.

We are ethical, compassionate employers looking to make the most important hire we've ever made - our first nanny. Mom was an infant nanny in college and knows what it's like to be treated like a member of the family. That's what we're aiming to do. You will have housing in our brand new, one bedroom guesthouse on our property but separate from our home. It has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. When staying in our country house, you will have your own bedroom and a bathroom that might be shared. We will provide you a monthly healthcare stipend and two weeks of paid vacation per year. You will be paid an hourly at the rate of $25-35 dollars an hour, depending on your experience. When it is safe, you will travel with us domestically and internationally. We have one trip scheduled to Europe in May 2022 and likely another one to Israel. We expect clear, open communication and excellent care. We will conduct and annual performance reviews with the potential for bonus pay for outstanding performance.
