Live-In Nanny – Starting January 1, 2027
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and energetic live-in nanny to join our busy household. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to confidently manage a dynamic environment while supporting the daily needs of our children.
Schedule
Weekdays: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Afternoon/evening hours will be determined at a later date, but candidates should expect to work until approximately 8:30 PM (children’s bedtime).
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Typically 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Additional hours may vary week to week and will be coordinated through open communication with the family and family assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for the children
Assist with morning and evening routines (meals, school prep, bedtime, etc.)
Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
Support household flow and collaborate with other staff members
Light child-related housekeeping
Requirements
Prior childcare or nanny experience (live-in experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to be quick on your feet, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced household
Comfortable taking assertive initiative when needed to keep daily routines running smoothly
Must be flexible with scheduling changes
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team alongside other household staff

Twin 19 mo old boys with baby sister due early March (so need help while mom recovers from c-section and establishes schedule w new baby). Mom will be at home and Dad works from home also. Prefer help in our home if non-share, or drop off/alternate at nearby home if sharing. Go on walks, take to nearby parks, museums. Prep and serve simple meals. Potential for longer term help (part-time) after first couple of months more full time. Flexible on schedule setup, could do full days a few days a week or partial days 4-5 days/wk. pay also negotiable. someone that can help us get more organized/add more structure is great too! We don’t have any pets.

Josiah is a very kind, funny, smart toddler. He is learning his letters, and starting to potty train...kinda. We are looking for someone that can be a great friend for our boy. We will also be enrolling Josiah in a kiddie gym, so you must have your own reliable transportation.
My husband and I work rotating 12 hour shifts, so you must be flexible. You will most likely work 3, 12 to 13 hour days. I am an RN and my husband works as control center operater. We both must be at work by 7, so you must be on time.
