We are looking to expand our support system and welcome a warm, reliable caregiver into our home to help care for our three sweet, active boys: a 5-year-old and (almost) 3-year-old twins!
•Schedule & Hours: We are flexible and open to hiring one person or splitting hours between two reliable caregivers:
Primary Need: 3 days/week (Monday–Thursday), either morning blocks (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM), afternoon blocks (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM), or full days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
•Start Date: ASAP for the right fit.
•Compensation: Happy to discuss, DOE.
•Ideal Candidate: Warm, energetic, and hands-on: Loves getting down on the floor, planning outdoor play, and keeping three busy boys engaged.
Proactive: Comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction.
•Dog-friendly: We have a bernedoodle; she's not part of the gig but she'll be around.
•CPR/First Aid certified: Strongly preferred.
•Specialized experience: Familiarity with autism and comfort working alongside in-home therapists is a definite plus (not required).
