I am looking for a live in nanny who would get free room and board.
I am open to options but it must be someone who is kind, trustworthy, drug free, respectful and good with kids.
I figure rent would be $500 a month for a room or free for someone who wanted to be a part time nanny. The work load would be minimal, cooking/help with the kids from 5:30pm - 8pm weekdays. They could even have a full or part time job.
Basically, everything is negotiable. I just want to make sure it is someone safe and positive around my children.
Thanks!

A little bit about us
We just sold our house in NC and are headed to the Knoxville area the week of 10/31. We're currently looking for homes in Farragut and Maryville.
We both work from home and travel some, so we have flexible schedules. However, we really need full-time care during the week. We're hoping to find care M-F 8:30-4:30.
Our little guys have been in daycare up until this point, but waitlists in Knox make that an impossible option for us. This would be our first nanny experience and we are so excited to learn more!
We look forward to meeting you!
