A little bit about us

I am going to have an extra room in my large house and I'm considering renting it out to help with finances. My soon to be ex wife is moving out the first week of April and I have my 2 wonderful kids that I am providing for. A 2 year old and 6 year old.

I am looking for a live in nanny who would get free room and board.

I am open to options but it must be someone who is kind, trustworthy, drug free, respectful and good with kids.

I figure rent would be $500 a month for a room or free for someone who wanted to be a part time nanny. The work load would be minimal, cooking/help with the kids from 5:30pm - 8pm weekdays. They could even have a full or part time job.

Basically, everything is negotiable. I just want to make sure it is someone safe and positive around my children.

Thanks!

A little bit about us

I have two kids - 14 and 11. They’re super active in sports and dance - and self-reliant- but I’m having to work out of town more frequently. My husband only works 3-4 days per week but his shifts are 12 hours so when I’m out of town, we need someone who can pick up the kids from school, get them to activities, and maybe feed them dinner until my husband gets home from work. I’m only averaging 1-2 trips per month, but it’s usually a Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday- Friday. Must love pets because I have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

A little bit about us

We have two little dudes, Charlie (almost 4) and Mason 18 months. Both are easy going, sweet kids. Charlie is super smart, kind, and well-mannered. Mason is fearless and a total jokester. Definitely a classic case of birth order playing out.

We just sold our house in NC and are headed to the Knoxville area the week of 10/31. We're currently looking for homes in Farragut and Maryville.

We both work from home and travel some, so we have flexible schedules. However, we really need full-time care during the week. We're hoping to find care M-F 8:30-4:30.

Our little guys have been in daycare up until this point, but waitlists in Knox make that an impossible option for us. This would be our first nanny experience and we are so excited to learn more!

We look forward to meeting you!
