We both work full time but have some flexibility as we only need to be in the office 3 days a week. Typical hours are 8-4 for mom and 7 - 4 for dad. We could potentially make a 3 day nanny work week work for us.

My husband and I are currently looking for a part time nanny for my son who just turned one. I will be needing someone from around 8am in the morning till around 2pm in the afternoon. We are looking for someone very flexible with days and times of when needed.
We would love someone with experience with his age and above. Someone who is willing to have attentive care and help him learn, grow, and teach him with hitting his milestones, with limited to no tv. We do have a dog and would prefer someone who may have experience and is comfortable with this.
