Hello! We are an active, community-minded family moving to Bentonville, AR from Seattle. We’re looking for a warm, reliable nanny to join us starting in early January!
Our daughter Hazel will be 9 months old in January. She has a fun 3-year-old big brother. While we finalize his local daycare placement, care will temporarily include both kids. Once enrolled, care will shift primarily to 1-on-1 time with Hazel.
Mom works from home full-time, and Dad works out of the house. We also have a friendly young Golden Retriever who loves kids, so being dog-friendly is a must! We love exploring local parks and being active outdoors.
Schedule & Hours
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (open to negotiating hours for the right fit)
Total Hours: ~30–35 hours/week
What We Are Looking For
We want someone safe, communicative, and passionate about child development. You should genuinely enjoy both infant and toddler stages!
Responsibilities
Infant & Toddler Care: Managing naps, bottles, meals/snacks for toddler, and diapers/potty needs.
Engagement: Age-appropriate activities, walks, storytime, and helping Hazel hit milestones while keeping big brother engaged.
Light Tidying: Kid-related messes only (washing bottles, wiping high chairs/snack areas, and child laundry).
Requirements
Proven experience with infants & toddlers (references requested).
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Comfortable around dogs.
Non-smoker with reliable transportation to our home in Bentonville.

Our daughter is curious, very social, and loves to learn. She’s used to an environment with plenty of hands-on activities, outdoor play, reading, music, and opportunities to explore. She is high-energy and can also focus on activities like reading, puzzles, imaginary play, and art.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience caring for toddlers (18 months to 3 years)
* Enjoys engaging in play and activities
* Able to lift 35+ lbs.
* Is warm, dependable, patient, and takes initiative
* Can prepare healthy meals and snacks for our daughter, when needed
* Keeps play spaces organized
* Has excellent references and CPR/First Aid certification
We’re hoping to find someone who loves helping children and who will become a trusted part of our family.

We are looking for a babysitter for our three year old son for the summer. Looking for someone to begin in May and work through August.
Days/hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-8pm. Occasional weekend shifts.
While we do not require pet care, we do need a babysitter who is comfortable around dogs. Our home is rounded out by our friendly German Shepherd.
