A little bit about us
We have a newborn baby girl (born May 2025) and a curious, energetic toddler boy (born August 2022) who loves to play, explore, and spend time outdoors. We’re hoping to find someone who is truly present, playful, and patient—someone who understands early childhood development, engages with children on their level, and feels like a natural extension of our family.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is emotionally attuned and responsive to kids’ needs
• Enjoys getting outside to play, explore, and go for walks
• Provides educational and imaginative play throughout the day
• Can offer gentle support with newborn care (diapers, bottle feeding, soothing)
• Is comfortable helping with light tidying—putting away toys, dishes, basic organizing (we have a cleaning service for deep cleaning)
We live in a spacious home with a dedicated playroom, two kids’ bedrooms, and a yard in a gated neighborhood with a park within walking distance.
We also have a small Italian Greyhound, she mostly naps throughout the day and is very low-maintenance.
Both parents work from home - my husband works a consistent early schedule (6am–2pm) and I work flexibly throughout the week. We’re open and flexible about hours, and want to find someone whose schedule and energy align well with ours.
What we really need is a caring extra set of hands to help us through this tender (and busy!) chapter with young children. We want someone who will truly connect with our kids, support their growth, and help make our home feel peaceful and supported.
If this sounds like the kind of family you’d like to work with, we’d love to hear from you!

A little bit about us
I am super easy going so this would be more like a partnership than a job. I am hoping to find someone long-term and that is flexible. I know it’s hard times right now, and I completely respect someone who needs to be flexible with me too.
In the beginning, I am looking for a mother’s helper…I will be having a c-section and will need help with the things I am incapable of. i.e. shopping, cleaning, dog walks, meals. This could be totally on your schedule as long as it gets done. I’m thinking 20 hours a week.
When I go back to work, I’m thinking more like 30 hours a week. I work from home and will need to be present in video meetings. That will be primary taking care of him. There will be the occasional Friday I would like to go out and would be based around your schedule.
I am hoping to hire someone I get along with! There will be occasional travel – I have meetings randomly in SF where I will need someone for the night, or a couple days to come with me to Boston and some personal travel (snowboarding/Caribbean). That cost can be discussed but want someone who isn’t opposed to traveling.
