I'm a therapist in private practice and a work from home mom. My daughter will be 2 in July. She loves quality time, playing outside doing water play (when it's warm), playing inside with Lego's, music and dancing. It's super important to us to have someone with strong and healthy boundaries that can guide my daughter respectfully to be independent. Someone familiar with child led play and positive discipline a plus. Someone who won't be on their phone or watching TV with her. Spanish speaking a plus but not necessary. I have a 4-year-old son in preschool who I will need help with also when he's off from school for holidays/sick days.

We have been thankful to have been able to manage a mainly stay at home life for our son up until this point, but our work responsibilities are starting to clash and we need someone who can be there on Thursdays.
Sometimes I work from home on Thursdays and sometimes I have to go into the office. Either way, I hope to find someone who would help with George and minor household duties such as laundry and pickup/put away.
We have 4 cats and are a very laid back, pop-culture friendly family in Carmichael, who also seems to always be behind on chores. 😅 The help would be very much welcomed!
