A little bit about us
My partner and I work from home 2-3 days per week, and will stagger our schedules so one of us is always home and can directly handle any emergencies. Given his age, we mainly expect you to bottle feed him pumped breast milk / formula, give him play time, change him, and put him down for naps.
We have a 3 year old 20 pound dachshund mix who loves people and has never shown aggression. She spends most sunny months snoozing in the sun in our backyard. You won't need to tend to her.
The most important things we're looking for in a caregiver is someone who is reliable, can take direction, and is well-referred by others they've worked with. Our baby (currently 2 months) is already sleeping through the night and we're hoping to sleep train him to have 3-5 naps for 1-2 hours per day, so hopefully he'll be fairly low-maintenance.
