A little bit about us
We're looking to find a part time nanny for our little boy starting in August 2025. He'll be 9 months old when you start working with us.
Hours would be consistent each week, likely starting at 2 days per week (W, Th), with the option to expand to more days. Exact hours can be discussed, but looking for full days ~9:30am to 4:30pm. You would be in our home in Costa Mesa with our little guy, who will be 9 months old when you start, and dad working from home in closed off office, but there if there's ever an emergency. (We do also have a sweet, 7 year old dog who is incredibly friendly, he won't require your attention, but you must be okay with a dog.)
Would appreciate it if you're open to very light housework/tidying while baby naps - mostly just cleaning up after baby, maybe doing a load of his laundry.
Definitely open to discussing a "salaried like" pay structure to guarantee your pay even on days where baby is sick or times we're on vacation. As well as allotting you a limited number of paid sick days if you're unable to make it and paid vacation days for your own time off.
