New job: This one is a little tough because the hours aren't guaranteed, AND it's going to be a late notice/on-call job. The situation is that my current job has slowed on tempo and due to it, some guys (including me) will be on call until the end of the year. If work calls me in, they will ask me if I can work 2 hours prior to my shift start time. Once I get the call from work, I will contact you to let you know immediately that I need care for my kids that day. I need someone who's flexible. I can either be called in 3-4 days out of the week. My shift start times will vary from ALL times of the day: 12pm, 4pm, 10pm, 12am. So if I get called in, expect to be contacted 2 hours prior to any of those times. If I don't get called in, then I will text you that I won't need care for that day. If I get called in for work during 12pm and 4pm, then I will need my kids picked up from school as well. If I get called in for 10pm or 12am, it would mean to stay at night with the kids (live-in) and dropping them off to school in the morning. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me! I promise it's not as confusing as it sounds lol.
