Requirement: we would like to pay you through a nanny payroll service like Care.com. We understand this is inconvenient, so we can pay you a higher hourly wage.

We are looking for a day time nanny for our 6 month old baby who can help from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 3 weekdays per week ( M/TH/FRI) for two months and as need basis afterwards. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, trustworthy, patient, kind and a good communicator.

A little bit about us

Hi! We are looking for someone to not only support our 6-year-old twins who have autism but me and my husband. I need someone who is also okay with meal prepping for the week and cleaning (I can’t keep up).

The rate is $35.00 per hour, 8-10 hours per week, paid bi-weekly. You will also receive sick pay. Preferred days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting around 3:30pm (we are flexible with this though).

You need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and CPR certified. You will have to perform a live scan, pass a background check, and have a clean driving record. You must also love animals (I foster cats).

You will be a W-2 employee hired by a Financial Management Service company called SequoiaSD. SequoiaSD will be your employer of record and who you will report on your taxes.

Start date is within the next 2 months of being hired. If interested, please DM me a summary of your experience and the best phone number and email address to reach you.

A little bit about us

Our 1-year old girl is energetic, curious, and always in seek of adventure. We are currently sleep-training her for naps during the day so we are looking for someone with experience and confidence helping babies get their ZZZs. My wife and I both work remotely but do go into the office once a week so we'll be available if need be. We also like to check in with our baby and say hi every once in a while. Ideally, this person would provide a safe environment for our girl to learn and grow. We would love her caregiver to engage with her to ensure she's laughing, playing, learning, reading, getting sunshine, and much more without TVs and tablets. We'd also appreciate a caregiver who can help with light meal prep and clean-up. We have two cats so those with allergies, beware.
