My wife and I are looking for a bi-lingual (mandarin/english) nanny to help raise our first child. We're hoping to find someone we can consider part of the family. A little bit about us

A wonderful, busy family seeks a can-do live-in nanny/family assistant onto their family by April. The parents are high level executives in Silicon Valley who would like someone to not only help with the family but with some admin tasks necessary to one of the organization they run.

They have two dynamic, intelligent, and active children who are 7 and 11 years old.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with childcare, as well as the ability to engage in academic conversations with their children. The person would have a dynamic personality and a ‘can do’ attitude.

The parents own a rapidly growing start-up and prior to COVID, both parents travel internationally which is why having someone who can help manage calendars is imperative to success in this role.

Approximate hours would be 8:30am - 5:30pm along with some weekends.

Nanny/family assistant will be responsible for some of the schooling because of the children being home. Despite that, there should be a fair amount of free time during the day to do other things including outside activities, organizing, grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, and other administrative tasks involved in the start-up.

The family has a beautiful, private in-law unit in Los Altos for the person to live.

Following CDC, State, and County COVID guidelines are a must!

Compensation: $[phone number hidden] per year PLUS cost of rent and vehicle if needed.
