We are looking for someone to work with our son at home, provide meals for him, play, help with virtual learning, homework, maybe outings as appropriate. We have Zoo and Fairytale town memberships. Our son is diagnosed with ADHD, does struggle with impulsivity and anger on occasion. He is on medication to help regulate. He is smart and loving but benefits from re-direction and a calm non-confrontational approach often.
We have 1 dog and 2 cats at home.
We were looking for M-F, ideally 8am-1pm, but open to figuring out schedule/times.

This position is intended to provide consistent, long-term support for my family. While I typically work remotely from home and will be available to assist with naps, feedings, and diaper changes as needed, I require focused time for my work duties. On occasion, I may need to work outside the home for 1–3 hours.
The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the possibility of extending to 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on certain days. Very rare Saturday hours may also be required, and you would receive significant advance notice for these shifts.
Please note that the compensation rate will differ based on whether I am working in the home (and therefore available to assist) or working away from home.
Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Possess demonstrated experience caring for young children.
- Be CPR certified.
If you are interested in this long-term opportunity, please share your qualifications and availability.
Thank you

A little bit about us
My daughter is 3 months old but we won't need care until 4 months. She is absolute lovable and is just starting to learn how to roll over. She is genuinely an easy baby and we already have her bottle feeding as she is exclusively fed breast milk. Our ideal situation is joining a family that needs full time care where we can bring our daughter on the days needed. She is half Hispanic and we are wanting her to learn how to speak Spanish but that is not a requirement.
