A little bit about us

My wife and I are looking for someone who matches the follow criteria to watch our son:
- Trustworthy
- Responsible
- Quick to Respond

These 3 principles are the foundation for a good working relationship. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to these 3 criteria, meaning - the second I have reason to doubt, we will no longer be needing your services.

I have been the primary caregiver for my son, and I need certainty that the person taking my place can be trusted and is good at heart.

If you by nature are kind, caring, and responsible with children, then my criteria should be no issue; and, I believe we will have a good working relationship, where my wife and I will treat you with respect and like family. However is this sounds like a lot, I understand. The language is a bit intimidating, but I won’t compromise my son’s well being and safety.

About him:
He is currently enrolled in TK and has late start 4 days a week, and early start on Wednesdays. He’s 4. He speaks well, but struggles with his “k” sounds and “g” “j” sounds.

About me:
I work weekend clinics for a sports organization. I am looking to get into the public sector which will afford me job growth & stability. Until the job is obtained, the hours of employment are undisclosed. I’ve been watching our son on a consistent basis for the last 4, almost 5 years and have never let him out of my sight.

About mom:
Mom works full time, hybrid. She works from home 2 days a week and helps with duties when she’s not working or in meetings. Mom wants to trust our sitter, but the sitter needs to earn Mom’s trust and respect by being consistent with every aspect concerning our son.

To me, it’s important to find the right fit for all our sakes, including yours. I don’t want someone who resents children and can potentially harm our son through discipline, but I also don’t want someone who is so carefree that they lose my son. My wife needs stability, and I need safety for our son.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a part time (M-F, 8 a.m. to 12pm) nanny to for our almost 6-month-old. My husband and I both work from home in our own office on its own floor. We are looking for someone who can handle feeding, changing, play time, and putting our baby down for a nap.

Our baby is a very happy little boy. He loves going on walks in his stroller and being read to. He is on a very solid schedule. The ideal person is a good communicator, warm, has infant experience, and is detail-oriented.

We do have cameras up in our home. We will utilize an AirTag if our baby leaves the home. We do have a very friendly golden doodle, who will not need care. Looking for someone with a reliable vehicle, who does not smoke, and is CPR certified.
