A little bit about us

I’m looking for a nanny for about one month for my five month old baby girl. August 11th - August 29th. Potentially having you come the week prior to meet and get acquainted with our house and baby. We do have one cat, so please let me know if you have allergies but this job would not require you to do pet care. We do have an older daughter who is 3 but she’ll be at daycare while you’re watching the baby. The job is for one child only. Work would include washing bottles if needed, preparing bottles with formula, feeding baby, diaper changes, changing clothes if dirty, reading to her, singing little nursery rhymes to her, holding her, calming her when she cries, playing age appropriate toys. No cleaning. Maybe a load of her laundry here and there if she had a blowout diaper or something. Hours would be from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. Fridays would be 9am -2pm.

A little bit about us

I am a flight attendant based out of LAX and will be returning back to work in May. I plan on working two times a week for a little before increasing my hours. At the time I don't know if it will be Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Ellie is going to turn 1 in May. She is a very easy going baby but a terrible napper. We have two german shorthaired pointers at home that are love bugs and once they get to know people they are pretty lazy and love to chill around you.

Responsibilities are to take care of Ellie, play with her and read. We are trying Montessori and would like her to be self sufficient so we don't need someone to be on top of her 24/7 we want her to be safe but independent play is important to us.
