A little bit about us

We have two sweet boys, 4 and 2.5. They love to get outside, ride bikes, play with legos, play dough, draw, color, bake and they love to read books! They are both very easy to communicate with. One of my sweet boys does have food allergies. It is not life threatening but something that we have to be conscious about. I am looking for someone who is reliable and will give our kiddos the space to explore and enjoy a lot of free play both inside and outside. I don’t want to have our caretaker feel like they have to entertain our kids every minute they are with them. I think it’s important to connect but also give them time to have independent play.
I need someone who can work Monday and Thursday 9-2 with the potential to add in a third day. I would like to have our caretaker do light housework and pick up as they go but nothing extensive. We do not have any pets.
