A little bit about us

We are looking for after school care for our 8 year old twins (girls headed into 3rd greade), primarily Wed through Friday but I do work shift work so flexibility is a plus but not a requirement. Pick up at the school and walk to our house. From there help with homework, snacks and some play time would be great.

We do have a 3 year old boy but he should be in daycare. Help when possibly with him in case of daycare closing or sick days would be a plus. But not likely to be often.

We do have a dog and cat in the house, both friendly.

A little bit about us

In search of a nanny/mother's helper to start in July/August and last until August/September 2025. Approximately 10-15 hours a week. I have two daughters, 2.5 years old and 16 months old. They go to daycare full time in Kailua and we live in Kailua. My spouse will be TDY over the next year and I work full time.

Hours are flexible, but would have to include 5:00-7:30pm, 2-3 days a week, as the nanny would pick up the girls from daycare and provide dinner/bedtime help. On occasion the person might have to do evening, bedtime alone due to my work. Other responsibilities include light chores (laundry, dishes, food prep, etc). Additional hours would be on the weekend days/nights - I’m open to set days/times.

Must:
- Have a clean driving record
- Have your own transportation to our house in Kailua
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Pass a background check
- Provide references
- Non-smoker
- Okay with cameras in the home
- Be reliable
- Cannot bring your own children
- Rate negotiable based on experience

My current nanny is moving off island, but I can provide references so you can learn about us too.
