Both parents work from home, but we have a spacious home with dedicated working areas, so we are mindful about giving our nanny autonomy and space throughout the day.
We are looking for coverage Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM. Responsibilities will include childcare-related activities such as feedings, diaper changes, maintaining a consistent nap schedule, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, child laundry, tidying up after the children, putting away dishes/bottles, and other child-related duties as needed.
We value kindness, communication, reliability, and creating a calm, nurturing environment. Ideally, we are hoping to find someone looking for a position lasting at least 9 months, if not longer, as consistency and a long-term fit are important to us.

A little bit about us
We are both working professionals with two wonderful boys, ages 8 and 3. Our primary need at the moment is for someone to care for our 8-year-old during the day, while our 3-year-old will typically attend daycare. On some days, we may ask the nanny to drop off our 3-year-old at daycare as part of the morning routine, so having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
In addition to providing attentive and engaging care for our children, we are looking for someone who is comfortable tidying up after the kids and keep the main living spaces neat.
We value someone who is dependable, kind, patient, proactive, and enjoys spending time with children. We hope to find a nanny who will provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment while becoming a trusted member of our family’s support system.
If you are caring, organized, and looking to work with a respectful family, we’d love to hear from you!
