A little bit about us
Our daughter eats small bottles(breast milk) with her big girl food twice a day and strictly breast milk the rest of the day.
She has a severe milk allergy and cannot have cow or goat milk. So no formula and no dairy. Shes eating mostly fruits and veggies right now. And is moving up to toddler meals now that she’s 1.
Our boys have chores that are praised and encouraged for positive reinforcement. Their rooms, their bathroom, and their laundry. As well as washing their used dishes after eating.
We may need assistance with additional laundry and keeping the living area and the kitchen tidy throughout the day.
The children have homework that needs to be completed, and if nothing from school for the day they are still required to do 20 minutes of reading each day.
Our family is very laid back and we’re trying to keep to our routines. Our kids are goofy and energetic, and our daughter is a princess. We hope we can find a perfect fit.
I have three boys. Mostly self sufficiency. They have school during the week. so Fridays, you will be alone most of the day other than caring for our daughter.
The children should all be home no later than 4 PM.
They are to do their chores, which include their bathroom, their hallway, their rooms, their laundry, and any of their dishes. As well as the kitchen trash.
Once their chores are done, they are to sit down and do their homework everyone each day has to sit down and read it for 15 minutes.
As well as any homework, they may have gotten from school.
They are to get out their school clothes for the next day during the week. Buuut you don’t have to worry about this since a majority of Care needed is on the weekends..
Most of your care responsibilities will be for our one year old daughter.

A little bit about us
We are the Fausett family, and we are excited to find a caring and reliable nanny to join our family on a long-term basis. Here's a little bit about us:
I'm a Nurse Practitioner, and my husband works at a steel fabrication shop. Our home is nestled on 5 acres of land, complete with a giant yard where we love to spend time outdoors and stay active. Our property is home to horses, dogs, and chickens, making it a lively and vibrant place.
We have one indoor dog, a mini golden doodle, who is friendly and can be kept in a designated area during the day if needed. You may need to take him out to use the bathroom once or twice a day.
Our pride and joy is our 14-month-old daughter, who is always happy and smiley. She truly brings joy to everyone around her.
We are looking for someone to watch her on Thursdays from about 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and on Fridays from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Our ideal candidate is someone who can commit to a long-term position, providing consistent and loving care as our daughter grows.
If you think you'd be a great fit for our family, we'd love to hear from you!
Warm regards,
The Fausett Family

I need someone tonight 4:15pm-11:30pm
My kids are mostly non verbal. But are sweethearts. They are seriously amazing.
The only thing I expect is someone to be attentive to them. I know 3 kids 3 and under are a lot. But if they’re being played with then they are a blast.
We do natural consequences in this house. We don’t use force or hit.
