A little about us as parents being farmers, we will be doing the following most of the time: Maintenance of tractors & machinery
Planting fields/trees,
Daily feedings for animals
Cutting hay
and... Much more, Farmers work never ends they say!
*No pet care will be required, children's needs only. In addition to some light housekeeping (related to the children and their needs).
***We are flexible on days and hours.
Our desired schedule is PT live out Nanny and at some point turning into FT if individual fits with our family.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hoping to find someone with strong experience caring for multiple young children at once. Someone who is patient, warm, creative, and confident in managing the needs and rhythms of two little ones in different developmental stages.
Our home is play-based and low-screen. We value hands-on learning, imaginative play, outdoor exploration, and plenty of age-appropriate activities. Arts, crafts, sensory play, music, and simple routines are all part of our day.
Responsibilities Include:
• Engaging both children in play-based developmental activities
• Preparing simple meals/snacks for the kids
• Supporting nap schedules and daily routines
• Light tidying of children’s areas
• Safe, clean driving record required—next year, our daughter will be in pre-K and will need mid-day pickup.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience with infants and preschool-aged children
• Confident juggling two little ones at once
• Energetic, creative, and genuinely enjoys interactive play
• Reliable, communicative, and aligned with our values around low-screen, high-connection care
• Comfortable working in a home where a parent may be present
