The job is almost entirely entertaining, watching, holding him. I will be home the majority of the time, but as many are aware, moms need breaks! I may have appointments, and sometimes I want a nap or to be able to cook/clean without stopping to tend to a baby. And I want to be able to do those things on a day to day basis, not just occasionally
Care for him might include going on walks around our neighborhood, reading to him, playing with him, giving him a bath, feeding him. The only cleaning up required is directly after him (diaper changes, bath time, his feedings). No more.
Ideally this is a daytime arrangement during the week and flexible on the weekends. Also open to changing the schedule times each week. I’m totally flexible here.
Our ideal nanny/babysitter is responsible, reliable, patient, proactive, and actually likes kids/babies

Two brothers, both independent souls, and excellent students love getting outside to burn off their energy, love crafts, sports, and spending time chatting! Their nanny will be in charge of school pick-up sometimes, homework help, and keeping these kids engaged in their studies and active personal lives. When the nanny is not with the kids, they’ll be responsible for household management tasks such as errands, laundry, dishes, straightening, organizing, making appointments, etc. This super sweet brood would love a nanny who is engaging, present, and ready to be on the go!
