I need care on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 AM to 4 PM, with help taking Kassie to school at 1 PM and picking her up at 3:30 PM. I also need Saturdays from 8 AM to midnight.
We have two friendly dogs, so if care is provided at my home, being comfortable with dogs is important. However, I’m totally open to bringing Kassie to your home if that works better for you!
Looking for someone dependable, caring, and fun who can keep up with an energetic and imaginative 4-year-old. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit!

A little bit about us
This will primarily be a part-time position, with responsibilities centered around school pickup, bringing our son home, and helping with an afternoon snack/light meal and after-school care. There may be occasional full-day care needs when school is out, and we are flexible in building the right schedule for the right person. We would also consider a full-time role for an exceptional fit.
Our 5-year-old son is autistic and nonverbal. Experience working with autistic and/or other neurodivergent children is strongly preferred. More importantly, we are looking for someone patient, calm, kind, and eager to learn his unique personality and communication style. He is a wonderful guy, and finding the right fit matters deeply to our family.
Our 2-year-old daughter will likely be in preschool and may also need care depending on scheduling.
We also have a large, friendly dog who loves attention, though no pet care is expected.
We value the people who care for our children and view them as an important part of our family. If this sounds like a fit, we would love to connect.
