He goes to school from 8am-11.30am for 3 days(M/W/F)On these 3 days, working hours will be from 11.30am/12pm-4/5pm. However, We might/may need nanny , other 2 days as from(8am-4pm).We are looking somebody who is available from afternoon11.30 am/12 pm- 4 or 5pm. Nanny needs to be flexible with hours.
