We would usually need Monday-Friday, but one of our key needs is flexibility in the hours worked. Both parents work freelance jobs in the entertainment industry and will sometimes have unpredictable hours. Other times, both parents are able to spend more time at home. 25 hours a week is guaranteed, even if fewer hours are worked.
