A little bit about us

I work for a tech company from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 half days, but can be longer if I have an event those days. My husband is a refrigeration technician and gone at least 10 hours a day Monday through Thursday.

I have a new baby girl and will need someone to watch her both when I’m working from home and a day or 2 when I am in the office.

Mostly mornings starting around 8/9am (I’m flexible depending on my meetings on the days I am home. Must start at 8am on the days I go into the office. Light house duties, mostly just baby care things such as bottle washing, baby laundry, and keeping the toys put away after play time. We have one cat who is in and out freely and is super sweet.

We live in a very good quiet neighborhood, so walking with baby is great as well as maybe park time or outside time in the backyard.

Every day he is growing and changing we are looking forward to all the milestones to come. Looking for care M-F, approx 8am-4pm (days may be shorter if work is not demanding). Dog Friendly, we have a 3 year old retriever. Ideal candidate will have early childhood development education/experience. We would like to follow/work on milestone benchmarks based of child's age. Health, safety, trust and transparency are top priority. Montessori training preferred.
We are looking to pay a ‘’flat’ rate each month (similar to day care style) hours will range some days only 3 some days 6 (never more than 6 and if so we will pay additional hourly rate)
