We are looking for a nanny for our 7 month old daughter on Mondays (8-5:30ish) starting in January! Responsibilities would include light housecleaning (washing bottles, cleaning up after solids, etc.), but mostly just loving on our girl, fostering her development, and keeping her safe! She is cuddly, giggly, and super curious right now and she also has a strong voice that she isn’t afraid of use! We would love a nanny who has experience with infants, eduction in child development, and knowledge of gentle parenting and attachment. We do have one cat in the home (you won’t need to care for her at all, but just wanted to mention in case of allergies) and I (mom) may work from the basement office and pop in for some snuggles as long as it’s not disruptive! Because my daughter is incredibly attached, she can be very shy and timid at first. So I’m looking for someone to watch her at our home so she is more comfortable and in a familiar space.
I’m somewhat looking for someone who has a flexible schedule. I might not even need you every week. But I would definitely give you a weeks notice if I need a sitter. Like M, TU, TH. 11-3
