My Fiancée and I have an amazing 12 month old son and are already part of a nanny share with an another great family in Highlands Ranch with a 12 month old son as well. Our current nanny will be leaving us in May and we are looking to find a new nanny for the boys starting May 20, 2024. We are hoping to find an engaging, enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced nanny to work about 36 to 40 hours a week. We compensate our current nanny $32 an hour to watch both boys plus potential bonus, PTO and sick time.
