A little bit about us
We are a warm, busy family looking for a dependable and engaging nanny to join us on a long-term basis. Our current nanny has been with our family for three years, and we are hoping to find someone who can become another trusted and consistent part of our children’s lives.
We have two children: Reagan, age 4, and Alexander, age 2½. Both children attend preschool during the week. Reagan attends until 2:00 p.m. most days and until 11:00 a.m. on Fridays. Alexander attends preschool until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We need help approximately 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day. We are looking for someone who can provide a consistent schedule and is interested in a lasting position rather than occasional babysitting.
Responsibilities would include:
• Caring for and actively engaging with the children
• Planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, outdoor play, and outings around the neighborhood
• Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
• Children’s laundry and light cleanup related to the children
• Helping maintain their routines and keeping their play areas organized
No driving is required. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, proactive, and comfortable caring for two young children. Previous nanny or childcare experience and strong references are important.
Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys being involved with the children, communicates well with parents, and is looking to build a meaningful, long-term relationship with a family.
Please include your general availability, desired hourly rate, childcare experience, and whether you are consistently available for one weekend day each week.
