My husband and I are looking for a Nanny starting in September 2018. I am an educator and would like a reliable person to come 5 days a week, 3 weeks out of the month, weekends off guaranteed. My husband works in oil and gas and works 2 weeks on and 1 week off, so he's able to keep the kids when he is home.
