My husband and I are very down to earth. We love people hope that our home would be a welcoming place that our nanny finds comfortable and affirming.
Our daughter is on a good nap schedule and has open toddler-proofed spaces upstairs and downstairs with lots of toys and activities to keep engaged all day.We do allow a bit of screen time as long as you're interactive with her. Mornings will be full with her, but afternoons are more restful. We work from home, so we eat lunch (your lunch break) with her daily at noon and then she naps at 1:00 for 1-2 hours. We ask for small tasks to be completed, but our nanny usually has at least 90 free minutes per day. We have a private guest room and bathroom for nanny use with a TV and comfy recliner.

I need help picking kids up from school at least 2-3 days/wk at 2:55pm (best to arrive a little before) and help with afterschool routine (downtime, homework, light chores, dinner prep (nothing fancy)) until I get home from the office or finish up my workday from home. Hoping to get coverage for at least 2 of my in-office days which will be M/W/TH starting in October. End time is negotiable, but targeting between 5-6pm.
*Kids alternate between my home and their dad's who lives about 10 minutes west (still in Plano). Dad does not work but has some health issues and is also looking for help, so we could still do every week if you are comfortable going to different houses. This would be great for the kids as it would provide more consistency for them week to week.
Can negotiate number of days, total hours, and rate. If you are looking for more hours/days than we need afterschool care for, happy to discuss other types of help such as transporting to/from evening activities, help with household chores/errands, pet care. Hopefully we can figure something out that works for everyone!
