A little bit about us…
Looking for 3 options:
1. Occasional care-giving for when I host mama meetups in my home (this can be one person or multiple depending on shift availability). Up to 6 littles at any time and can confirm for specific dates.
2. On-going care-giving support (eg weekly or with the right candidate, possibly multiple times a week)
3. Occasional care-giving support (eg one-off)
For both these roles, we are looking for a waldorf or waldorf inspired caregiver. If you have other pedagogies or training that influence the way in which you care for littles, please share (eg Montessori, Reggio Emilia, nature-based, SEL, etc)

We’re looking for someone who has empathy, integrity, maturity and a positive outlook on life. The right candidate has a loving, intuitive, creative and sensitive approach to play, feeding and interaction with littles.
We’re inspired by the Waldorf world of nature connection, no-to-low tech (we do not use screens for our daughter), nature, creative expression like song, dance and visual art.

Duties:
- All nursery duties
- Prepare/Plan and lead Developmentally appropriate play and activities
- Reading books
- Using Waldorf pedagogy
- Help with prepping for meals
- Running errands
- Taking the dogs for a walk / potty out front (we have 3 senior dogs and only 1 of them would benefit from having a longer walk - basically 15-20 minutes)

Looking for a conscious, energetic and fun human to help us care for our little girl. Ava is almost 4 years old and an amazing little human. Now that she’s in preschool we are looking for a part time nanny/baby sitter for one evening per week and occasional weekend support.
Since we want to establish an ongoing relationship with someone, we’d be open to a weekly night of baby sitting so mom and dad can go have a date together. We’d also be open to a regular weekend day of coverage as well even though that need would be more sporadic (but I’m sure we could find a way to use the time off well :-)
There may be a little light dog care with our sweet mini golden retriever, Kuma.
