I work from home-am mostly home and available for any transportation needs, but a clean driving record is req'd.
Basic expectations:
-clean, creative, kind-but firm, able to implement a consistent schedule, prepares healthy meals, stay active, open communication, safety is #1, punctual and open to feedback and learning and growing with our family.
-available for overnight stays or date nights as relationship grows

We have two wonderful girls, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We are looking for someone experienced watching multiple children around these ages as they still need constant supervision.
We are looking for someone who is great with kids, likes to have fun and be silly and play and can also help with meal prep, light housekeeping and getting the girls ready and into bed for a nap or bedtime.
We would love someone who is outgoing and friendly and who really likes to engage with the girls with singing songs, pretend play, coloring, playing hide and seek or playing outside. Also someone who’s able to follow their routine.
We would really love to hire someone who can watch the girls for date nights on a regular basis every other week.
