2 boys, 2 girls, my older 2 are very independent but still need an adult to keep them on track, while my younger 2 still need full time care while parents aren’t present. Days can vary, as I am a full time RN and my husband is full time military, but hours will be fairly consistent give or take a few hours per week. You will have a set schedule 4 weeks in advance and if hours increase or decrease, we will adjust pay accordingly. I will need pick-up/ drop off to/from school for my 3 younger children, however, the schools are both within 5 minutes of our home, and bell schedules will be provided. Snacks are readily available during the day, but dinner may need to be made for the kids only. We also have 3 small dogs, aside from letting them out during the day, my older kids have the responsibility of feeding them. Help with homework is always a plus, and gentle reminders to clean up after themselves is desired. We have a very relaxed family, the kids are loving and kind. 2 of my children are on the spectrum, and details will be provided for structure and routine during the time you are here with them. We have an excellent system that has proven to be effective in reducing stress, and I am always available to call or text during working hours if needed. My husband and I work fulltime. Husband is RN and I work in Real Estate/ New Construction. We are having our first baby and very excited!! She will be born the beginning of Jan 2022 so we would need someone most likely in March maybe sooner. We cannot afford to not work so we are looking for some extra help during this new transition. We will need someone 1-2 days a week. The other days should be covered but depending on price and availability we are open to more days. We will need help with our new baby and some light cleaning or cooking. We are flexible. We do have 2 dogs and 3 cats. Cats are pretty self efficient but we may need help letting the dogs out to go to the bathroom if my husband is sleeping (he works 3 nights a week).
